Returns, Replacements,Cancellations and Shipping
Making a return or exchange is easy! Items purchased from bluebirdboutique.com are eligible for exchange or return for store credit or refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received. Merchandise returned after 14 days will be accepted at the discretion of bluebird boutique. Please note returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are wanting to return/exchange an item. We will email a USPS return shipping label to you. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached. All full-price shoes may be returned or exchanged as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. Please make sure to include your order information in the email. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please refer to our return policy, listed above. When your package arrives at bluebird boutique within the 14 day timeline specified above, your store credit or refund to the original form of payment will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address provided upon checkout. Please note your banking institution may require additional time for the refund to reflect back on to your account.
ALL SALE ITEMS, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Items using a promotional code will only be eligible for a return or store credit, purchases made using a promotion code are nonrefundable.
We ship and return FREE to virtually any address in the US using USPS. We process orders the same day if they are received before 4:00pm CST. Domestic free flat rate ground shipping. Arrival date is 3-5 business days from order. If rush delivery is needed, additional shipping charges will be applied.
